Juned has over 14 years of professional experience in management consulting working with leading firms like Deloitte in the past. He has worked with various public sector organizations and has been instrumental in digital transformation, operational excellence, procurement streamlining, process re-engineering and change management. Some of the key areas he has supported the Clients include Public Health, Public Finance, Urban Sector, Homeland security, Income Tax, Census etc. Juned holds a degree in IT, Business Management and Law.
Some of his key achievements in the past include creating and exponentially growing public health practice and team to multifold, successfully implementing large complex projects, reviving stalled projects, 100% success rate in public procurements etc.

Ingit Saxena is a business professional with 20+ years of experience in consulting and industry roles. Ingit has worked in the domains of business strategy, business process reengineering, operational excellence, supply chain and logistics across leading Indian and MNC companies in India and Europe. He has had a stint of around 12 years in management consulting where he worked with clients in consumer electronics, mobile handset, FMCG, Auto, pharma and Steel sector.

His area of specialization include ICT Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Bid process management, Project Management, System design and implementation, Network Architecture and design, Monitoring and evaluation pertaining to conversion of legacy financial management systems to computerized variants spread over three to four generations of technology, amongst others. Strong Project Management and People Skills with rich experience of managing geographically spread projects.
He has been a member of Senior management team with IPPF South Asia Region and Deloitte. He has led multiple global assignments in IPPF and Deloitte in India, South Asia Region, UK and Africa Region. Rajeev has worked with clients including Local Government/Municipal Corporations, European Commission, ADB, DFID, World Bank, DFAT, UNFPA, CAG, NACO, Supreme Court of India, NISG, Indian Oil, MLG-Mauritius and other government / non-government Institutions.

Rajeev Sood is a visionary and dynamic professional with over 24 years of industry experience. Before floating Blockfake, he has served in various senior management positions in large multinational and Indian organizations. In his professional career, he has been instrumental in setting up new businesses, opening new markets and launching new products. His last assignment was as Managing Director – India/South Asia for Scytl Secure Electronic Voting,S.A. Previously, Mr. Sood held senior management positions at IBM India, SAP India, Ramco Systems and Larsen & Toubro. He has a rich cross-industry background and expertise in the domain of Public Services. Mr. Sood holds a MBA degree from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, India and an Engineering degree from the PEC University of Technology in Chandigarh, India.
